Welcome to Oncomorph Analysis

Oncomorph Analysis Ltd is a UK-based software company founded in 2007. Our mission is to develop innovative technology to automate the analysis of medical images. We are creating software that is designed to model tissues in 3 dimensions and to classify tissue types using information on texture and the histology of disease.

By automatically extracting and refining the information yielded by a medical image at point-of-care, Oncomorph Analysis hopes to benefit patients in a number of ways including:

• eliminating inter-observer variability in the interpretation of medical imaging data
• informing the frequency and accuracy of tissue biopsy
• automating the normally challenging diagnosis of early stage (non-palpable) disease
• combining the diagnostic and surgical planning function of imaging technologies

Applications for the Oncomorph Analysis technology are broad however our aims are focussed on the need to standardise the interpretation of medical images at a high throughput. We are currently developing our technology for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data, to assist in cancer diagnosis and staging.
